Question 2. What inspired you to purser martial arts.
Answer – Being a hyper active kid I was always playing some or the other sport.My dad has been a wrestler and ever since I remember I have seen him exercise every single day, no matter what.As a kid he used to show me Hollywood movies of Van Dam, Arnold, Stallon , Jackie Chan..etc which has also contributed in sowing seeds for my passion of Martial Arts
And there has been no looking back since the day I was enrolled into learning martial Arts to this day where martial Art stands as an important part of my life!
Question 3. You have recently world with India’s khatro k khiladi, Akshay Kumar – how was the experience?
Answer – AKSHAY Sir can be called a living encyclopedia which teaches you life skills…his moves and his movies both inspire us deeply! Working with him has been one of my most special lifetime experience. His dedication, sincerity,punctuality, spontaneity , down to earth nature and humour will not leave you untouched!
Question 4. You have performed at America’s got talent – how was the experience?
Answer – Being invited to perform at one of the world’s biggest reality show AGT was a wonderful experience by itself.
Though we did nt make it further , as the judges found our stunt too scary to watch, Judge Simon Cowell’s standing ovation compensated it all!!
Question 5. The free self defence academy for women – what was the thought behind it, why free?
Answer – I consider myself privileged to work under my mentors So Shihaan Mehul Vora ,Shihaan AKSHAY KUMAR and Shri Aditya Thackerayji whose brain child is the Women’s Self Defence centre. It is a centre where women are trained in self defence techniques totally free . Every female should be self reliant in terms of her own safety and defence! Knowledge becomes only useful when u give it or pass it on ..this social initiative is and will be always done without charging a fee!
Question 6. Being also an actor, are you currently working on any new projects and what kind of projects are you looking forward too?
Answer – I always look forward to roles where I can showcase my skills not only as an actor but a martial artist too.
There are couple of projects on which am working on and one of them is action based
Question 7. What fitness and nutrition routine do you follow on everyday basis?
Answer – Fitness and nutrition go hand in hand! My routines are strictly scheduled .No matter what I find time for fitness in my 24 hours. My nutrition routine not only ensures quality meals but also timely inputs. Home cooked simple meals are preferred by me over any fancy delicacy
Question 8. What fitness and nutrition advise would you share with people.
Answer – I just want people to allot atleast 1hr to their body, health and well being. It is just your body which is goin to be with you more than anyone or anything in life! So dedicate a part of your day towards health and give the nutrition required in the right quality and amount.
